Terms & Conditions

Roadtrain Limited is a member of the IRHA, RHA and IIFA (hereinafter referred to as “the Carrier”) and accepts goods (hereinafter referred to as “the Consignment”) for carriage subject to the terms and conditions (hereafter referred to as “these Conditions”) set out below.

No agent or employee of the Carrier is permitted to alter or vary these Conditions in any way unless he/she is expressly authorised to do so by the Carrier in writing.

These Conditions shall be incorporated into and shall form part of any and all agreements between the Carrier and the customer (hereafter referred to as “the Customer”) for the carriage of any Consignment and shall become legally binding on both parties on the Carrier’s acceptance of the Consignment from the Customer or on the Customer’s behalf.
