Roadtrain are committed to ensuring, so far as reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare of its employees and all other persons who may be attending Roadtrain limited site’s or be affected by Roadtrain limited activities, based on the requirements of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act, 2005 and The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations, 2007.Roadtrain Limited is committed to providing and maintaining safe and healthy working conditions, equipment and systems of work for all employees and all other persons who may be attending on Roadtrain sites or be affected by Roadtrain activities, and to provide the information, instruction, training and supervision they require to achieve this.
Roadtrain Statement on Commitment:
- Safeguarding the health and safety of employees and others who may be affected by the work activities of Roadtrain Limited
- Complying with health and safety legislation relevant to Roadtrain Limited’s activities
- Identification of Hazards, assessment of risks, provision of written risk assessments for the place of work and Roadtrain’s activities
- Providing employees with appropriate supervision, information, instruction and training
- Empowering manager’s responsibility for ensuring and supervising safe systems of work
- Ensuring that arrangements are in place for employees and their representatives to raise health and safety issues with management are accessible and in place
- Providing facility for consultancy where necessary to ensure proper compliance in all matters of health and safety
- Monitoring reviewing and revision of Roadtrain limited’s health and safety policy on a regular basis
- Within the scope of the policy the Roadtrain gives an undertaking to carry out the company safety policy and the provision of a safe working environment in so far, as it is reasonably practicable
